Understanding that might illuminate the problem. Does MAAF have a calendar?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Have regular local IT man coming round later today. Total reboot certainly on agenda. Agree other things could get very tortuous. Will let you know results of any action.

Hi Lex.Yes, I am using the default email client on all three devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook)
Yes - access to webmail is not a problem
Have local regular IT man coming round to look at setup here toaday. Will discuss resetting clients and lots else, will let you know the outcome.

Have you "unloaded" the clients and started again?
Yesterday I noticed that two of my email accounts (not Plusnet) would not sync on the iPhone, but were OK on the PC. I unloaded the iPhone mail application (swipe off the top of the screen) and restarted it ... all was then fine.

Hi Townman, jab1, LexLex2020
Local IT man duly here yesterday. We considered deleting / reinstalling clients etc but he had a check-around first. Found that the iPad, for some reason, had become unlinked from iCloud and was therefore not synched.
Linked it up, everything synched, so Apple’s Calendar app now working again across all three devices.
Email problem already sorted, so am happy with my setup again. Thanks for the help and ideas. Will sign this off as problem solved.
