Re: No emails all day yesterday and today Suffolk

Thanks for your post @grabba and apologies for the delayed response.

I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your emails. Looking at the details you've provided in your forum profile, I can't be certain if you're referring to a Plusnet or Madasafish e-mail address.

Could you private message me the address, so I can take a look into this for you?

In the meantime, if you've got Madasafish e-mails, have you checked you're not over the 250MB allowance we provide?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Thanks for getting back to us @grabba

Are you having these issues on both Webmail and on a third party client? (if you're using one).

Re: No emails all day yesterday and today Suffolk

How do you know you are not over the limit?

If you are using POP3 without save on server, you can be confident that you are not over the limit. If you are using IMAP then you need to keep a watch on utilisation and manage the contents diligently. How are you measuring the file store utilisation? Have you included the size of all folders (including sent and deleted items)?
