Attention Plusnet - Major E-mail Issues

can logon to email and received some (mainly from Plusnet) but know some are still missing.

Yes, same picture here.  The client will now log onto the server, and it did download some emails from Tuesday, but no emails from yesterday and it will neither send nor receive emails currently

I am definitely missing emails. I typically get around 50 a day and currently have ten for yesterday. Is Plusnet making any statement and are we likely to get our missing emails back? If not, what are Plusnet going to do for us?

Exactly.  I typically get 30 to 50 a day, and have 3 from just after I last logged in (late Tuesday evening), then none for the outage period.  Some of the missing ones may have been orders for my small business.

Hope you're all well. I've just reviewed the open task and can see that the issue is yet to be resolved. I've still been unable to log into my own webmail account as well. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I appear to have mail coming in but not going out.

I still have no emails. I can log in on the webmail but no emails are there.

Outlook and my mobile still cannot log in.

The promised 8.00am "update" (at 8.11) makes no reference to missing emails.

I can now log in to my madasafish account but there is absolutely nothing to see - inbox and all other files are totally empty.  What has happened to them? Will they be restored later today?  After waiting so long to access my emails I had hoped for better than this.  Plusnet Help Team, please reassure me that his is going to be rectified today.

I still cannot log in via outlook or my phone by k9mail

Hazel74 -  I had a couple of emails this morning. But logging in is very VERY intermittent & I *still* get error messages. Also  logging into webmail takes *ages*, & has error messages - "Connection to IMAP server failed." !

It appears I spoke way too soon.  I managed to log in to a blank page with no emails a couple of times this morning, and nothing at all on multiple other attempts.  The service status page (which I've never found before, wouldn't know how to find it, it's just come up on an attempt to log in, never seen it before) says no email service currently.   https://plusnet.servicestatus.net/plusnet/status

Will our missing emails from yesterday be recovered?

I could send emails yesterday but couldn't receive them.

Today I can't send but can receive. Some I get everyday are also missing.

Can't get on to webmail, said 'IMAP terminated the connection'.

Can't set up email on my new phone either says 'Account cannot be verified'.
