No email from Greenby about migrating Metronet email accounts, no emails being received.

Hi
Ive not had any email from plusnet or greenby about migrating my metronet.co.uk email address.
And now the metronet.co.uk email address's have stopped receiving incoming mail.
Please can i have some help.

Until you receive a communication there is no change.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks for confirming.
Checked and can still get to plusnet webmail. So its still working.
It seems that Gmail had stopped syncing with metronet since mid march 25.
And the fix was to enter the full email address in as the username rather than the username
This seems to have worked and i can now read my email in gmail as before.

Have you had the email from us regarding the migration? We completed the Metronet send a few of weeks ago.

Hi Dave - I haven't had an email (I'm metronet), but I get that much spam and phishing garbage, that I might not have recognised the email domain and binned it. Are you able to advise a link where I can contact them directly? Thanks

I don't know yow these messages are being organised but it might be worth logging in to your Plusnet account to see if there are any related tickets present.

Actually, I got this email that was copied to a ton of plus.com and metronet users (not blind copied). It came from info@kanonlull.net (masquerading as a plus net account and the "update my account" link was [Removed]
As previously mentioned, I don't have a plus net account.
