No email for a week

I have an email address that was migrated over from madasafish and since the 7th of january i have had no emails delivered to that address

Hiya @misteratomic, I'm really sorry that you are having some issues receiving mail and would like to do what I can to help with this.

 

Can you please advised where you have migrated the email to? Can you advise what platform you are using to view the mail on (ie Outlook/ Windows Mail etc)

hi there the email address is a totalise.co.uk one that was migrated from madasafish and is now webmail under plusnet

 

my platform is windows mail

 

also when i log on to webmail there are no new emails

Thanks for getting back to me and confirming. It sounds like the mailbox may be full, I'd advise to delete some old emails and hopefully you should then get new ones through.
