No email coming through

My husband and I both have plusnet emails, mine are coming through clearly however none of his has come through for nearly a week. Plusnet have sent test ones which come through but we know there should be some from our energy supplier and they are not coming through.
Any ideas thankfully received?

If plusnet test emails are coming through, then all should be fine. Have you tried sending emails to him? Have you tried asking friends to send test emails? Tests should be run using delivery / read notification set on the out bound email.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
