No e-mail since Thursday

I've had no e-mail since Thursday via the internet on my PC, although I can see my e-mail on my phone. Called the helpdesk at 16.30 and they said they would re-boot at their end and it should sort itself out. Nothing has happened as yet !!
Tried to link my Plusnet account to my gmail account but have failed as gmail won't accept my plusnet username and password which are correct.
Getting very frustrated now as I have work to do that requires access to my e-mails.

Interesting - I can see some e-mails when I log in my they aren't the main Plus.com e-mail address I use. How can I change to a second plus.com address?

The second address would be username+mailboxname in your email client
