A warm welcome to the forums.
Are you sure that there is new email to be seen? How are you accessing your email? I note that you can see no new email via webmail. Can you see any email in webmail at all?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks. I know for a fact that there is email to be seen, as I have been phone by someone asking for a response. Webmail shows exactly what my Mac mail client and my iPhon shows - last email at 11PM last night. I can send from globalnet but not receive. Webmail has been erratic - sometimes showing emails, sometimes blank. Cannot make any kind of contact with Plusnet support.

Is your mailbox is full? IIRC globalnet (part of the MAAF group) mailboxes are only 250MB.
