Newsletters being blocked by Plusnet.

Hi,

It has come to our attention that the newsletters we have been sending to plusnet email addresses are being block bounced.

SMTPCODE:550
BOUNCEREASON: Domain Sender Address does not exist. 

We are sending these newsletters to these email addresses that are subscribed to. It has only started happening recently, I noticed these blocks started from a send on the 13th of Feb. 

I have emailed inquiries@plus.net but have not yet gotten a reply. I have conversed with an agent on chat  and they did not know what to say. I have been looking for contact details for the postmaster but no luck there. Is there someone I can contact to get us unblocked?

Hi there.
Does this happen with any plusnet email address you try to send to? Are you also able to PM me a copy of the headers including the email addresses?
