Hi, And Welcome from a newbe. !
Just in process off joining up to Plusnet from a dreadfull 12month with AOL.
Just a quickie, tried to set up email in Windows mail as site suggests and can recieve email ok but not send. Keep getting an error. Is this due to the fact my line is still with AOL, got to wait until 2nd November for my switchover.

Yes, while your line is still with AOL you will need to send mail via the AOL smtp server. Once your line has bee transferred to PlusNet then you can use the PlusNet one ( relay.plus.net ).

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
