New to plusnet, cant create an e-mail address

Hello there. Literally joined Plusnet last eve. Went onto the create a new email section, followed the link provided http://email.plus.net/. ; and just get a blank screen with the following address.
https://www.plus.net/my.html?iBM6ixw%2FMsunCk0SoAvZoHAqsv5wvha0fPp8vZaW4lks4EZu8UeyMA%3D%3D&redirect...
This happens on home and works PC.
Any thoughts?

You need to log on to the member centre with your Plusnet Username and Password, you can do that directly here: https://portal.plus.net/index_nlp.html?home=membercentretop
Then go to https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myemail&s=1&redirected=yes&?membermenu=emailsettings
It's possible that your account has not been set up yet in which case you will not be able to login to the member centre.

This doesn't answer your question, but a related warning ...
I strongly recommend that you don't use Plusnet (or any other ISP's) email as your main email, but use Google, Yahoo, Microsoft or similar.
That way, when you decide to change ISP you don't have to worry about changing your email address.
There are a very few sites that don't like these 'free' email addresses and an ISP email address can be helpful for those.

Sounds like your email component is (was) not yet set up.  Is all OK now?
Until your service is active, you are limited on what can be done with the email service.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
