New mail box problem

I created a new mail box around 2 hours ago. After entering the password and it's confirmation then clicking next the page just seemed to get stuck although I did get several emails to indicate all was Ok and the box should be available within 30 minutes.
I constantly get the box requesting I eneter the user details for this mail box (but no others) when using Outlook yet the mail box does appear in the list within the portal.
Can I assume that the creation didn't go according to plan and simply delete and recreate the box or should I wait a while longer?

Can you access it via webmail?
If you can I suggest you check the Outlook settings - especially security related.

Doh! Sometime one can't see the wood for the trees. I had made a typo and put mail.pius.net rather than mail.plus.net. Not any easy one to spot
