Thanks for the replies. Yes, account created. Webmail sends and receives OK and pop3 receives but smtp(relay.plus.net) doesn't accept name or password. Using MS Outlook and Thunderbird.

Hi, although you do have an account created, you will not be able to use the PlusNet smtp relay until your broadband service actually goes live with PlusNet. If you currently have broadband with another ISP then you should still be able to send mail using their smtp relay.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
