Just changed my android phone and not receiving plus net emails on it.
It came with incoming server set as imap-mail.outlook.com port 993 with my email address stated as user name (this is not my username)
When I try to change this to the correct username and correct incoming server imap.plus.net a message arrives saying: User name or password incorrect.
I tried to remove the account and start again, but just get a message saying: a/c already exists.
Where do I go from here?

When is it you see the error message, is it after you've tried saving the mail settings?
