New android phone not receiving emails

Just changed my android phone and not receiving plus net emails on it.

It came with incoming server set as  port 993 with my email address stated as user name (this is not my username)

When I try to change this to the correct username and correct incoming server  a message arrives saying: User name or password incorrect.

I tried to remove the account and start again, but just get a message saying:  a/c already exists.

Where do I go from here?Huh

Hiya @antipodean48, thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry for the issues you're having with the new phone and email, sounds like a pain to be honest!


When is it you see the error message, is it after you've tried saving the mail settings?
