Need to block nuisance webmail emails

I hope this finds everyone well. I have to access my email via webmail as my PC died. I need to block nuisance emails. I found an article on the Plusnet website, the Spam Protection Guide

which mentions a blacklist, but I can't find it on my webmail page - the article says to click Spam, which as you can see from the screenshot, I don't seem to have.

 

Would be grateful for any assistance, thank you in advance.

Login to your plusnet account - NOT e-mail - and select "member centre".

From list at the left, select "email settings" (under Manage account).

There is a "spam" tab there as well as allowing other options, such as redirecting mail to a "black hole" Thumbs_Up

Hi @auntysocial,

 

The only thing I can add to @PeeGee 's reply is after clicking 'email settings' you'll then have to click 'manage my mail'. Once you're in there you'll see spam. If you need anything else please let us know.
