My email account and password have just been deleted

Hi

I'm no longer able to login to the incoming and outgoing Plusnet servers and it can only be because my account has been removed. Although I don't use webmail I use it through my Outlook client and it's very important to me 😞

My account name is paulapple.

Hope you can help reactivate it please?
