Multiple Waitrose email addresses - questions?

I do I.T. support for a neighbour, who has recently changed ISP from Waitrose.com to Plus.Net.
As PN administer Waitrose's email (I believe?) he has been able to keep his original <xxx@waitrose.com> email address.
My questions are:
(a) can we setup some MORE email addresses on his account?
(b) will they be more <xxx@waitrose.com> addresses ? or some <.plus.com> addresses?
(c) where can we set them up?

Hi there,
a) Yes, I believe so if it's a Justmail or Generic Services account type. You'd need to pay for more addresses on Waitrose though.
b) If you set them up on Waitrose they will be @waitrose.com, but you could easily set up email on the Plusnet account - and those would be free. That's done through the members' centre once you've logged in.
c) Just log in to the portal with the username and password - either at http://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/about_waitrose/web_access_broadband.html for waitrose or http://www.plus.net for Plusnet

Thanks, Matt.  I just need to find what his PlusNet username is... I hope he is happy to use that for (free) PlusNet email addresses for his family...
