My Madasafish bespoke folders do not show up in the PlusNet Webmail. How can I move the folders across?

I believe you'd need to recreate the folders manually I'm afraid.

Thanks. Is there any way I could copy the folders across using export/import?

I think webmail supports exporting only one email at a time (using an option in the gear icon menu). So not practical for moving lots of messages.
However moving/copying messages between Madasafish and Plusnet folders is relatively easy using the Thunderbird (or similar) email application connected using IMAP. Since IMAP is a two way protocol both download and upload can be used.
After setting up two email accounts, one connected to Madasafish and one to Plusnet, the process would be to display a MAAF folder, select a range of emails using the normal shift-click or ctrl-click method, then right-click the selection and select move or copy; work through the cascading menus to get to the required destination folder and click it to complete transfer of the selected messages.
