For a newsletter as widely distributed as this users shouldn't have to whitelist!

I think the answer can be found in the word,'Money.'
Having recently set up Windows Live Mail 2011 on two computers I found emails from very safe websites such as my bank, BT, and even Plusnet drop into the spam folder until whitelisted.

Understood, no anti-spam system is perfect so there will be things that you need to whitelist from time to time. Ours, like all (if not most) anti-spam platforms cannot take into account the reputability of a sender or the number of recipients.

It gets worse.
Both my wife and I get copies. It was my wife's that was identified as spam (at around 2am). Mine turned up at 10:15 and wasn't wrongly identified as spam - and no it wasn't because I'd whitelisted it because the email comes to different domains).
Not only is this abysmal new system performing far worse than the IronPorts, it's inconsistent. How are we to be expected to cope with that?

They do normally for both of us too. It's that the new system is moody is the problem.
