While I'm waiting for PN support to get to my call on the phone, I thought I'd check in here. I've been experiencing problems for several months with email not syncing on my smartphone. Sometimes several hours pass when nothing is received, either via wi-fi at work or home, or 4g / 3g. Phone is set to sync every 15 minutes, and during these outage periods web access still seems to be available - wi fi and 3g / 4g signal strength is good. . Any known issues?
