I have a Samsung GT-C3350 mobile on Vodafone 'Pay as you Go' with a monthly subscription for web access. On several occasions I have tried to set up my email account on the phone, even visiting a Vodafone store on one occasion, but without success. Currently the email settings are are Email address 'my full email address', User ID 'my plusnet account name', Password 'as used on plusnet', it then goes into checking and returns a 'Connection Failed' message. Looking through the account settings account type is set to 'POP3', Incoming mail server to 'mail.plus.net', SMPT server to 'relay.plus.com'. These are the same settings use successfully in outlook but they don't seem to work, has anyone any suggestions?
