Missing emails

Help please, ALL of my emails have gone from my webmail, tablets and laptop prior to 29.11.18.

There were important emails that I need, how can I get them back and why have they all disappeared.  Has anyone else had this issue?

Sorry to hear this.

It looks like your e-mails were archived due to you being over your mailbox limit.

I've requested these be restored for you now and this should go through in the next hour or so.

After this we'd recommend deleting some e-mails to get you below the limit
