Missing e-mails

Hello

There is a "hole" in a mailbox I use for most of my personal e-mail. (username+dalila)

Everything after 01-09-2010 and up to 21-04-2020 has disappeared. There isn't a great deal of attached data in the missing messages so it can't be a storage size issue. Please can you find and restore these messages so that I can safely download them?

My "main user" mailbox seems to be unaffected but I rarely use it.

A warm welcome to the forums.

Is there content in the mailbox referring to before 1st Oct 2010?

What email client are you running?

Is it possible that executed an archive of some sort?

Are those emails missing if you look at the mailbox using webmail?

Is there a message around 21st April 2020 advising that the mailbox has been archived due to not being accessed for a few months?  If not, when did these emails disappear?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
