Hi
Over the past week I've lost a huge number of emails - I now only have the emails received over the past few days. This has happened across three Apple devices and the emails are also missing when I log into webmail. There are some really important e-mails amongst those missing so any help in retrieving them would be greatly appreciated.
I haven't had any notifications of being over the 1GB limit.

You say that you have not received any FUP warnings - are you monitoring the email address(es) registered one your account?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi
Many thanks - emails have now been restored. For some reason the alert e-mails were sent to an old free-online e-mail address I have but very rarely check.
Needless to say, I have deleted a lot of old emails now!
