I have non-plusnet email addresses hosted on a domain I own. I cannot send using these email addresses from Greenby although replies to them all forward to my plusnet address. This is despite the fact they are setup in Greenby settings as identities.

I have set up the other addresses as aliases on Greenby but that doesn't seem to help.

They all worked fine on Plusnet webmail for many years.

I'm guessing that the domain is not hosted by Plusnet, since AFAIK no accounts with hosted domains have been migrated yet.

If that's the case, then I'm afraid you will not be able to send from a domain address using the Greenby servers.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
