Migration and email

We have just moved to Plusnet, but are still using our previous email address. Will this stop working at some stage?

It depends on who/where this email account resides/is managed and what their policy is if email was part of a product that you have now cancelled (i.e. in migrating from another ISP).
You need to look at their cancellation conditions or contact them to see if you can continue using the email address. Many ISPs (including Plusnet) cancel all services when you move.
