Migrate an existing domain, email, website to Plusnet?

I have an existing domain, with email and website hosting with Network Solutions (US), and I am considering migrating to PlusNet

I have some simple questions

• Does PlusNet use Inbound Spam email spam filtering?
• Is it simply a question of dns changes to point to PlusNet?

Hi there,

We do have a spam filter for inbound emails and to transfer a domain in to us we'd need to both register and host it. However we only offer domain services to anyone who signed up before 5th December 2017. 

If you've got an account prior to then you'd want a domain transferring to, could you PM me the account username?
