Hi everyone
Just a quick one.
We’re aware that some Plusnet email users are unable to send emails to Microsoft email domains where the email includes multiple addressees. We’re investigating the cause of this with the help of Microsoft.
Until this is resolved fully, please send emails to Microsoft domain addresses as individual emails as an alternative and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I wasn't aware that page existed until now (right hand is on annual leave, I'm just covering), I'll drop an update on it mentioning the above, although granted it is much the same.

The suggestion to send email one at a time to Microsoft destinations might appear helpful, but how are we supposed to write business emails to multiple trustees so they can use Reply To All to share & respond to each others comments
I suggest close this extra thread to avoid splitting the available information and making life even more difficult for us the customers and you at Plusnet that clearly do not have good visibility of this serious problem.

Has this got worse?
I just had the issue occur sending to two addresses. I then tried to just re-sent to the hotmail address, and it was also returned:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:
Reason: A message that you sent to the following recipient could not be delivered due to a permanent error. ** The remote server ?? responded with: ** lxxxxxxxxxx5@hotmail.com ??:?? This message was created automatically by mail delivery software on the server .
