Metronet email not working

Hi, i am using the old Metronet email service from when i was a Metronet customer and the mailbox isn't updating new emails for the last two days, i'm accessing it via outlook and also directly using the webmail page but no new emails are incoming

Have you tried logging into Webmail? If I remember correctly, Metronet accounts have a hard quota associated with them, and if you've exceeded it, you won't receive any new mail. I think Webmail shows you your allocation towards the lower-left once you're logged in.
