Metronet email issue - webmail server error

In the last week my Metronet email has stopped working. I can send but not receive ?!

when I log directly into webmail the same issue occurs. I intermittently get server error when logged into webmail.

(https://webmail.plus.net). Plusnet - Please escalate to your server engineers. looks like an infrastructure issue on your side.

Has this issue been resolved yet?

The your email address which is not receiving emails

does it have a personal domain name?
have you tried sending an email to it from an email address outside of the Metronet space?

If you have your own domain name … there is some possibility that it has not been renewed and therefore there is nowhere to route emails addressed to @mydomain.co.uk

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
