Mailboxes

Received email from Plusnet saying my inboxes are full and I need to delete emails. Tried this before and they all disappeared. Have received same automatic email yet again and I spoke to technical department and they can’t fix it either. I have no access to deleted folders trash or junk folders . Just my inbox is displayed. Not impressed

If you mailbox is full, you should have received weekly emails advising you of high utilisation (75%) advising you that if you exceed the FUP allowance, your mail will be archived.

Having exceeded your allowance you will have received further emails urging you to reduce your usage.  You’ll get two further reminders before action is taken, giving you 3 weeks to take action.

Thereafter the mailbox will be archived.  See the email restore request thread and place a request there.

 

However, there are bits of your post which are potentially cryptic.

Are you looking at the mailbox using webmail … or a POP3 client which indeed only sees the inbox?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
