Mailbox archive notifications

You are receiving this message as your mailbox has not been accessed since:
2015-04-22 11:40:03
We have therefore archived the contents of the mailbox, please note that new mails will continue to be received.
To stop this from happening going forward you need to access it and collect E-Mail at least once within a 90 day period.
If you would like your email restoring then please contact our support team by raising a ticket using the Help Assistant on our website:
https://portal.plus.net/
We will only keep archived email for a limited period of time, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Kind regards,
Plusnet customer support

Observations:
1. There seems little point sending an email about a mailbox not being used to the mailbox not being used.  Ought it rather go to the principle email address for the account as listed on the account contact details?
2. Given the deep cover hiding of the ticket system and there being no real support for email on the current help and support pages, how does one follow the direction to raise a support ticket to get the mailbox restored please?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It's injected into the mailbox by the script that archives the email rather than being sent in the traditional sense. It serves as a notice should that mailbox ever be accessed again, rather than being intended as an immediate notice. An immediate notice would probably cause a customer to log into the mailbox which would probably exempt it from the next round of archiving.

Good point. We probably need to change that link to point to the Contact pages. I'll see if that can be done.
