Mail redirection

I added a Mail redirect (to a Gmail account) about a week ago.
It still sits there marked "pending".
What's going on?

It looks like its broken, as I have been trying to redirect my force9 email account to my exchange server email and when trying to add the redirect it says it failed, but then appears in the list of redirects as pending.

creation of new mail redirects is still broken (26th April)
attempting to add one results in a 'Adding re-direct failed' message.
attempting to repeat the operation results in
'The name <redirect>  is already in use or is a reserved name. Please select another.'
This happens for simple internal Plusnet re-directs.

Hi all,
I've just raised problem 66781 on this, new mailboxes and aliases seem to work fine but seem to stay showing as pending. I'll keep you posted on this.

I raised a a ticket regarding this and support refreshed the mailbox to try and fix it.
All it has done is change the status from pending to active but the redirects fail to work with the email still going to the Plusnet account

still broken for me at 19h47 27/4/11 despite support apparently successfully creating a test mailbox and redirect on my account.
Problem seems to be at the web facing end, therefore ? I assume support use a direct interface ?

I set up a redirect to blackhole some spam a long time ago.
Just received another email to that address and checked to find it was still pending.
As it is pending I can neither delete it or add it
Can you please fix it

I found if its still pending then you can delete it on the overall mail sumary page, just not on the page of the redirects.

However trying again gave "Redirect Failed" will try again after an hour

Failed again although it is showing as OK on the summary page but pending on the Redirects page
