Mail going to Recipient's Spam Folder

I have just transferred to Plusnet. When I send out an email it seems to be going into the recipient's spam box. I couldn't understand why no one was emailing back so i emailed my old address and my husband's and both ended up in the spam box. I notice when I send emails the address is coming up as "postmaster @" instead of my name.

What provider are you sending emails to? You can change the from address in Webmail by altering the settings under Settings > Identities.
