Mail forwarding

I was looking to set up mail forwarding from my Plusnet email to my own hosted email but when I try to add a forwarding address on the attached screen it seems to accept it but then nothing happens or is added to the list without any error messages. Not sure if I'm in the wrong part of the portal or whether this feature just isn't working these days?

Hi Southener,

 

Yes, those should still work fine and you were in the right place.

 

I've just taken a look at your account and noticed there are no redirects set up currently, have you deleted any?

 

Also if you tested this out, were any of the sent messages bounced back to you?

Hi Adam,

 

I tried to add my forwarding address a few times and it appeared to be accepted by the system but it never showed up in the list and I never got any emails forwarded.

I haven't deleted any forwards from the list as I don't seem to be able to add any.
