Mail box not working

Just tried to get my plusnet email working, it fails to send from or to my plusnet webmail box.

Error message I get when sending from another working email to the Plusnet mailbox:

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:
<postmaster@myusername.plus.com> recipient rejected - domain has no delivery address (DNS MX or A record).


Note: myusername is hiding my real username.

If any staff pops by, please give my mailbox a kick.

I have had persistent trouble with my plus net email for months now, particularly when trying to send mail. It just refuses to send. Even when I use a client, it still wont send.

Any suggestions?

As your problem DOESN'T relate to webmail, suggest you start separate thread & include error message you see when trying. Also advise if pop3 or imap.

That error is because the DNS records for your domain haven't been created yet. It will be fine tomorrow (later today?).
