Mail Platform Maintenance
HI Guys,
Just a quick heads up about some maintenance we're performing over the next week or so. We have built a new email storage platform and have reached the point where we need to start migrating customers' email from the old storage platform to the new one.
There will be a short service interruption for each customer as we move their email account across to the new storage platform. This interruption is unlikely to last more than a few seconds but will affect customers ability to log into webmail or send/receive messages via their mail client.
Service status is posted here, which says more or less the same thing.
