Re: Madasafish to Plusnet Webmail

@Adamtemp, did you add the entries you do have in the address book manually? If you did, the BVConfig entries will not be imported automatically as explained in my last post.

Re: Madasafish to Plusnet Webmail

hi, we have a similar problem - we can not get our mucha.co.uk emails through plusnet since being moved from MAAF - do you know if this has been sorted?

Re: Madasafish to Plusnet Webmail

PlusNet insist that nothing has changed at their end! They have also been stating that I was the only complainant. Please raise the matter with them and then they might investigate.

I am repeatedly told the problem is at my end!

Mick

Re: Madasafish to Plusnet Webmail

Anyone else not able to access webmail at the moment? Been like this for a couple of days.

Now unsure how many messages need deleting, I don't even know my Webmail allowance anymore.

Service bulletin implies next work is scheduled soon, so what's going on now?

Re: Madasafish to Plusnet Webmail

Can somebody post a link or give the definitive guide to logging  onto webmaii please.

Background is I'm a legacy 'Freenetname' person and  pay for Madasafish services. I was using the Plusnet portal until lunchtime and must  have screwed up the settings. User name, password and server says the screen.

Bob Pullen did  post the information  I was using, but the  thread  is no more.

Please keep it simple -  I'm  in hospital.

Re: Madasafish to Plusnet Webmail

Hi there, sorry to hear you're having problems with logging into webmail.

You would login to http://webmail.plus.net using your freenetname email address as the username, your password, and leaving the server as Plusnet.

I hope this helps and you get better soon.

Re: Madasafish to Plusnet Webmail

That was what I thought it was, but tried again in both Firefox and Chrome - no joy.

Re: Madasafish to Plusnet Webmail

Not that I'll prove it, but somebody 'not me' has altered the login.

The needed password was not the Plusnet one that I've been using for ages, but the old Madasafish one.
