Madasafish/Totalise no mail for 2 Days

Hi,

It seems as though my email account has been suspended or locked as no new mail for two days.

It could be because I've accessed my webmail from various locations. I'm currently on a ship in the Norh sea which connects via satellite to Houston if I use the ship's computer, but if I use my phone, it uses a different network via Holland, I think. so could be something to do with that.

I can see my old mail but no new mail

I've had a similar problem in the past where my email was locked.

Did PM you with emai address.

Not sure if you have done anything, but it appears to be working now. I have started to delete emails too, not sure where to see the size limit of you web mail account?

Hi Pete.
Sorry I didn’t post back here sooner. I had a look at your account today and didn’t see anything amiss.

From what you’ve said it does sound like the mailbox was full. Unfortunately I don’t think there is a way for you to see how big the mailbox is, but we can find out for you. I’ll post back here tomorrow.

Thanks for you help ... appears to be working now. Deleted some larger emails, did not know that the mail box was full.

@PeterBill You should be able to check folder sizes when logged into webmail.

Click the Gear wheel bottom left and select Manage folders
Click a folder name (eg Inbox), then select the Information tab

When the information panel loads you should see a Size line with hint to get the value
Click the hint and the value should appear.
