Madasafish Ticket will not allow "Add Comment"

I have raised an important Ticket via Madasafish to add 2 DNS values in Plusnet, but each time I click "Add Comment" to provide details I am simply returned to the Ticket page.  I have seen that other people have experienced the problem.

 

How can this be fixed, please?
