Lost my Plusnet mailbox.

A couple of weeks ago, I logged in to my account. I then tried to log in to my mailbox.

My computer crashed.

The following day, I clicked on Plusnet in my 'bookmarks'. My account page came up, but the icon to get into my mailbox had vanished, and I have never been able to find it again.

Somebody else had a similar problem. I followed the instructions they had been given, and ended up in the section where my email address was listed.

I am attaching a couple of pictures.

I must get my emails back, as this is my main address for my important correspondence.

I hope you can sort this for me.

I have not had any problems with my computer since. So what caused it to crash, I just don't know.

That's why I prefer POP3 protocol over IMAP which I assume you're using. POP3 d/loads
to your PC/ whatever, and are easily backed up on my portable storage unit. Have you tried to access in the interim
via PN webmail?

Sorry, haven't got a clue what PN webmail is - or how to find it.

I am on POP 3.
