Lost emails and folders

I've logged on today and the inbox was empty except for 3 emails in today and all folders were missing.  Last login was 2 days ago (27 Feb).  I use an old webmail account from Free-online. I probably had about 300 emails in my inbox and many more in the archive folders.  

Why has this happened?  Can I get my emails back?  Is this something Plusnet needs to do?  This is essential for my local community committee work responsibilities, apart from family commitments.

Hi there,

I've taken a look and we've archived your mails, we have been emailing you on your contact email address regarding this to advise that you were getting close to the 1GB allowance. I've now unarchived your emails, I'd advise going through them and removing any you no longer require to get back under 1GB otherwise you may find they're archived again.
