Lost all my emails in my mailbox - Need Plusnet to urgently resolve this.

Lost all my emails in my inbox this evening, Need to get an email downloaded ASAP for 7am tomorrow morning. How can I get this resolved. I am still receiving new emails but all my old emails have gone. ANY PLUSNET STAFF ON HERE?

Had similar issue a few years back where Plus had archived my emails without warning. If this is the case please unarchive them with immediate effect. You should not be archiving without notification or warning.

We're sincerely sorry to hear that your emails were archived without warning.

 

On reviewing the account, we can see that this was due to us having the wrong contact email address on file and that you've called in and gotten this resolved.

 

For reference, the Social Media Team are online between 07:30 and 22:00 365 days a year - unfortunately it looks like we were out of the office when you were initially posting but we're pleased that the issue is now fixed.
