Loading E Mail takes forever then stops with no e mails to view ?

This is continually happening my e mails take forever to load and then it says in the top corner 401 Emails and in the bottom right corner Mailbox is Empty. I thought it must be me so tried on my other PC same thing. Now I thought I must have something wrong on both computers the problem is it doesn't happen all the time probably 50% of the time so surely if I have something configured incorrectly it would happen all the time. I am finding this very frustrating especially as some of my e mails are work related and can be urgent.Anyone any ideas could this be a windows 10 problem s this never used to happen before Windows 10 Thanks

Are you using an email client to connect at all, or directly using webmail?

Hi  no I just go straight into Plusnet Webmail   Now today the mail is loading ok but tonight it probably wont Thanks
