Im currently in the process of leaving plusnet - no problems just a better deal. I use an email account and domain I registered when I had freenetname back in 1999. The pop servers are still using pop.freenetname.net. Will the domain & pop mailbox remain after my plusnet account is ceased? or will I lose this?

freenetname.net Is a legacy email service, not associated with your Plusnet account. Therefore it should remain in place after migrating your ISP service. It would be wise to ask the question of COTS - phone support and choose the “I’m thinking of leaving option”.
