Leaving Plusnet, can I keep my email accounts?

Leaving Plusnet, can I keep my email accounts?

I am leaving Plusnet broadband as I can get a better deal elsewhere.
However I use my mail account a lot, also other family members have accounts.
Is there a way we can keep these? Can we get a mail only account?

Thank you for taking your time to get in touch.
I am very sorry to hear that you are leaving Plusnet. We are able to change your account to a mail only service however this does not happen automatically.
Please can you call our options team on 0800 013 2632 and discuss the options over the phone.
Their opening hours are as follows:
8am to 8pm - Monday to Friday
9am to 7pm - Saturday
9am to 6pm - Sunday
