Leaving Plusnet & keeping email address

Hi

I'm thinking of leaving Plusnet (after many years) but wish to try and keep our email addresses - is this possible? If so how do we go about doing this, will there be a gap in availability.

This is possible as long as you request it before you leave. There will be a gap whilst it is changed to an email only account.

If you value your emails it would be wise to have a back up on your own computer as things can go wrong.
