LCN mail fowarding to Plusnet being blocked

According to LCN, PlusNet is blocking all e-mails forwarded from LCN.
In my case since Saturday Aug 10th 2013.
No mention of this on the PlusNet service stats.
I've raised a ticket with PlusNet but will have to wait 22 hours for a reply.
LCN have said that they will release my rejected e-mails again once PlusNet get their finger out but it may take another 24 hours.

Last time LCN blamed PlusNet, PlusNet blamed LCN, then one day later after emails started flowing again PlusNet dropped the ball. After two weeks they locked out my ticket without understanding what the problem was..
Two months later and I have the same problem again.
Started yesterday morning and am still without emails.
LCN reacted straight away and looked into the problem and kindly send me evidence which showed that PlusNet are the problem.
Sent this to PlusNet yesterday, on a ticket, after talking to the 1st line helpdesk and nothing has happened since.
I've started to move all of my email correspondence away from both LCN and PlusNet.

Also I've been informed by LCN that I'm not alone in PlusNet blocking emails from LCN customers.
Plusnet, you can take as long as you like now as I've moved every damn thing away from you regarding e-mail although I suspect that you will still find a way to send me my monthly bill until I switch broadband.

LCN told me that they have contacted Plusnet and are waiting for some response .
Plusnet Tech Help (sic.) report that if Broadband is working and if I can end e-mails (I can), then there is nothing they can do !
Funny thing is that I have two domains at LCN each one forwards e-mails to Plusnet..
e-mails sent using one of these addresses are coming through through. e-mails sent to the other are not coming through.
Anyone know how to get Plusnet to do something ?

My ticket was raised on Oct 22nd and still no emails coming through.
No one from PlusNet appears to be actioning my ticket even though I bump it every day.
LCN have been very helpful though, contacting me every day and offering assistance.
Just sent PlusNet a header from one of the missing emails so I hope they do something about it.

Anyway, if nothing is added to the ticket then after 2 weeks they close it as they must assume the problem has gone away. This is what happened the last time.
Any idea as to why their support desk is so poor nowadays?

Now I seem to be receiving them OK.
I'll ask LCN if they can forward all the e-mails that I have missed.

The ticket will only close if it is with you for 14 days. If it is with us, it will not close.
