I bought a Kindle HDX at Xmas and tried to set it up to send and receive emails on my Force 9 account. I followed the PlusNet Email set up guide for Androids but it has only been partially successful as I can send but not receive emails. I must have done something wrong but no idea what.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do your really mean you can't receive emails or that you can receive but there is nothing there? In the latter situation do you have another computer which collects emails using POP3 and then deletes them from the server. This would make them inaccessible to other devices.
The fix for that is to change the email settings on the other computer - and the Kindle - to leave a copy on the server for a short period (or permanently if you are willing to manage your mail storage).
If you are using IMAP, so deletion is not the problem, rechecking the settings (again) is suggested. My Android tablet receives and sends emails OK on Force9 with the standard settings.
