Basically, another provider is rolling out full fttp broadband in my area. I won't be looking at leaving Plusnet any time soon. But if I did go with this ISP, could I keep the Plusnet email for a price?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

You can actually keep it for free! You need to request, at the time of migrating, a downgrade to an 'email only' account.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

That's the thing, the ISP rolling out full fttp won't part of the BT infrastructure. They're rolling their own cabling.

However you connect to the internet (via a third party cabling provider of 4G/5G network) you can still access your legacy Plusnet (free) email only account.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
